Eddie Quine has been in the HVAC business for over 25 years. He has built Quine Heating and A/C LLC into a lucrative company by providing the highest standard service and building individual relationships with his clients. He has enjoyed a little of everything, including acquiring a fox living in an attic at one site! Mr. Quine formed the business in 1986 from a desire to aid persons out, to function himself, and offer the greatest HVAC service in the Permian Basin!

Quine Heating and A/C LLC is situated in Midland, TX found on the corner of Midkiff and Industrial, in the Midkiff Business Center. Quine Heating and Air Condition offer service and sales for all of the heating and air conditioning requirements. Jake Quine and Johnny Elrod are heating and air conditioning technicians, and are focused on being the greatest service techs in the Midland Odessa region. Common issues with your heating and air conditioning system : While there are many things that can go wrong with an air conditioning unit, the most common is actually the easiest to fix! A dirty filter will wreak havoc on your system, making it work harder, less efficient, and finally even damage the system. You can change the filter out yourself, or if you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, call us and we will take care of it for you! Remember, West Texas is one of the dustiest places around, so check your filter often!

Another common problem is the AC is freezing over. This can be caused by the coil being dirty, not properly charged with freon, or low flow issues. If any of these issues are occurring, call us as soon as possible so we can get your HVAC unit running at top efficiency and keeping you cool again.Also, capacitors can either go out or not operate at peak efficiency. If this is the case, the motor won't run correctly or at all.
