Preventative maintenance is the care and service dedicated to checking equipment operations, preventing long term damage, continued functionality and reduction of utility costs.Regular checks and service to equipment prevents major repairs, longer equipment lifespan, and better mechanical operation efficiency. It may also be a requirement for manufacturer warranty.

Preventative Maintenance Agreements are personalized for each customer based upon the equipment in your home or business, the accessories related to your equipment (such as filters, humidifiers, zone, etc.), and the frequency of service.
Do you need to change your filters? Power can help. We offer a variety of specialty and standard filter sizes for sale. Our technicians can replace your filters during a maintenance evaluation or you may stop by our office to purchase the filter you need. If for some reason we don’t have your filter, typically we can order it.

Duct noises can make it seem like your entire heating and cooling system is an echo chamber. Fabricated of thin sheet metal in long rectangular shapes, residential ductwork can amplify and transmit duct noises throughout the entire home. From the moving parts in your furnace or A/C to the effects of temperature changes inside the ducts themselves, you may hear any number of duct noises emitted by the supply and return vents.
