We have crafted and developed Safety Card Training Talks. These are based and found on the Tool Box Talk structure  which is on the back of playing cards and are intended to provide information and guidance on website associated queries to website operatives.

The Safety Card Training Talks were developed by Ceilite staff to support us in staff development. We were attending to tool box talks and, whilst these were of superior utilize, our H & S committee felt the delivery and concept can be more improved. The tool box talks were on A4 paper, our operatives would then complete the Tool Box Talk, signal this off and hand it in. When we had completed this, the required guidance talk wasn't accessible to our operatives for reference on website and consequently the Tool Box Talk guidance was limited in the accessibility when required by website operatives.

There arefifty five Safety Card Training talks covering the key topics in site protection. The cards are made for multi firm use; the cards have been laid out in a structured structure which might aid the operative who has not received any formal training on how to deliver or get Safety Card Training talks.
