The condition of the major components such as the motors, blower wheels and burners need to be tested and cleaned. A digital programmable thermostat gives us the ability to turn the temperature down automatically while sleeping or not at home, saving you upwards of 8% off your gas bill. For every degree Celsius you turn your thermostat down you will save 2% with 4% as your maximum set back temperature. Setting your thermostat lower than 4 degrees means you will have to reheat your home and spend the money you have previously saved.
