Residential Services: Air Technology Sales and Installs top brand name equipment such as Lennox, Trane and Carrier – Which we are a factory authorized Carrier Dealer. We provide retrofit (replacement) equipment for straight cool and heat pump systems. The systems we install include the following:

Individual units – outdoor condensing units, indoor gas furnace and indoor electrical fan / coils.

Single stage: – complete systems (furnace, coil and condensing units). Standard and premium equipment..

Two-stage: – complete systems (furnace, coils and condensing units). Standard and premium equipment..

Commercial Services: We sell and install top brand name equipment – Trane, Lennox, and Carrier – Which we are a factory authorized Carrier Dealer. We provide retrofit (replacement) equipment in both split system (ground / roof-top package) units. We also design and install new equipment installations to meet your needs.

New Equipment Installation: We sell and install HVAC equipment for spaces with a pre-designed mechanical plan. If you have a space for which you must provide conditioned air we can specify and design a complete system to accommodate the air condition and heating for your space. An example of our services would include installations in new metal buildings, administrative areas, fabrication shops (oil industry), retail centers, and many other applications.

Service and Repair: Our technicians are highly qualified to service and repair all brands and applications of commercial and split system equipment. We provide services to restaurants, retail outlets, commercial warehouses and buildings, churches, and other businesses.

Maintenance: Our Preventative Maintenance Contracts are tailor-fitted for each commercial customer. We provide a free inspection in order to access your specific needs concerning a program that will fit your budget. Our maintenance program provides a free visual inspection of your HVAC equipment.

Preventative Maintenance: We encourage our customers to have their equipment checked twice annually. The first service is the Spring air-condition check-up. The second service is for the Fall Heating inspection.
