Installation
The most important day of your air conditioning equipment’s life is the day it’s installed. When done right, everything works well. At RIGHT AWAY AIR CONDITIONING, inc. we take pride in our work. We’ve been known to go above and beyond to insure that our client’s installation is done the right way.

The process begins with the design. A properly installed air conditioning system will be sized properly for the home. We do that by accurately calculating the heating and cooling load of the home. It is mandatory to be code compliant for all newly built homes.

Basically, what this means is that we measure your doors, floors, windows, walls and roof. This whole process takes around an hour and a half.The next step would be to apply for a city permit, for both your protection and reassurance that our work will be checked by the city inspector, thus giving you peace of mind.

During the installation itself, you can expect us to carefully prepare for the job, so that when the project is complete, we leave your home the same way we found it.We like to include the home owner in the project, so we will ask for your opinion regarding various design features. After all, it’s your home and it’s your project. We’re there to help you do it the right way

Maintenance
Here at Right Away Air Conditioning, inc., our idea of a maintenance is to keep your system working as efficiently as it can, year-round, so that you, as the homeowner, only have to think about adjusting the temperature to your comfort level.

We accomplish this by signing you up on a performance savings agreement (PSA). Once that’s done, we put you on our schedule for two visits throughout the year that alerts us to contact you to select the time and day that fits your schedule.

Repair
If you live in the Valley, you already know what it’s like in the summer time. A lot of people become proactive after a few summers, and have their air conditioning equipment cleaned and checked out before it gets hot. RIGHT AWAY AIR CONDITIONING, Inc. does a thorough job to ensure that our client’s air conditioning systems perform their best when its hottest.

We know we are successful when they don’t call us in the middle of the night to tell us that their system is down. Indoor Air Quality
According to NADCA, indoor air quality is one concern that homeowners have when they decide to investigate air duct cleaning. In a typical six-room home, up to 40 pounds of dust is created annually through everyday living. Your heating and cooling system is the lungs of your home. The system taken air in and breathes air out.

Through normal occupation in a home, we generate a great deal of contaminants and air pollutants, such as dander, dust, and chemicals. These contaminants are pulled into the HVAC system and re-circulated 5 to 7 times per day, on average. Over time, this re-circulation causes a build-up of contaminants in the duct work.

While dirty ducts don’t necessarily mean unhealthy air in your home, school or workplace, they may be contributing to larger health issues or harboring contaminants that could cause serious problems for people with respiratory health conditions, autoimmune disorders or some environmental allergies.
