BW Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Limited were established in March 1999 and is a family run company. Since 1999 we have progressively grown and over the years have built up a strong and different client’s base. We usually pride ourselves on the service that we offer to our clients and usually aim to attend the site when we receive a breakdown call found on the same day.

Although our regular working hours are from 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday we moreover work a 24 hour 7 day week breakdown service which covers all of East Anglia. Along with our callout service we provide our clients with various kinds of Maintenance Contracts to suit their company requirements which are organized with 2 service visits per year or simply one as per your needs. To check, whether the equipment is kept in good condition throughout the year, significantly to avoid the need for breakdown visits and extending the existence of the equipment.

In 2005 we began providing our clients (hot and old) the choice to rent equipment from long term rental to short term rental. This has proven to be a best choice for our clients when first outlay or substitution of existing equipment is too costly or if equipment is needed for a function.

We aim to provide a complete service covering all aspects of air conditioning, refrigeration, catering equipment and all other relevant regions. As from August 2013 we will provide a Gas catering and heating 24 / 7 breakdown service in apartment to cover all your gas catering and heating needs.
