Furnace: Maintenance and Repair: At Five Star, we maintain and service all major lines of home comfort products. We do specialize in Trane Products, but we often repair other manufacturers. We have many trusting customers purchase new homes without Trane systems. We have worked on non-Trane systems for our entire existence and will continue to service all makes and models.

Sales Process: We would love to come to your home and give you a free consultation for purchasing a new system. Our consultation takes about an hour, sometime more depending on your questions and concerns. We start by asking questions about your current system and problems you might be experiencing in your home.

We then survey the home to see how we can best address any needs you have with the new system. When we are doing our survey of your home we will measure the rooms, windows, and outside walls to prepare a proper load calculation. We review the existing system, take pictures, and measurements to know what’s exactly needed for your installation.

We then will give you an estimate on what we feel is the best solution for your replacement. We will educate you on all of the equipment features and benefits so you understand why we chose this equipment to meet your needs. We will discuss our company’s accomplishments and achievements, our service plans, and our warranties.

We will explain finance options, if interested. After any questions you have are answered, we will leave the proposal, literature, and a business card. Finally, we would like to thank you for the opportunity to meet with you. Our process does not include any pressure. This is a 15 to 20 year decision and our goal is to educate you so you can make the best solution that fits your family.
