Green Building - If you are interested in building a new Green home in the greater St. Louis area, there are three types of certified/verified Green home programs that follow a mandated set of rules and regulations. GBI (Green Building Initiative) The most common green-verified home in St. Louis – built in conjunction with the HBA (Home Builders Association) and verified by Laclede Gas.
