Upon submitting a claim, your home warranty company will assign Latino Heating and Air Inc. to service your claim. A copy of your claim will be provided to you by your home warranty company. This claim provides important information regarding your claim.

The claim will provide the homeowner with the service fee or deductible amount that is due at time of Visit. Please keep in mind that the Service fee is set by your home warranty company, based on the individual policy. Latino Heating and Air Inc is contracted by the home warranty company and is required to collect these fees.

Depending on the policy with the home warranty company, there may be additional fees outside of the service fee or deductible that is due at the time of service. When equipment requires replacement through a home warranty claim, there may be specific non-covered charges and code upgrades required for the work to be properly completed. Should there be charges not covered by your claim with the home warranty company, payment by Certified Check, Money Order or Cash will be due at time of installation.

We DO NOT accept Credit Cards for installation charges. Here at Latino Heating and Air Inc., it is our policy to properly discharge of any unit according to the EPA Standards and regulations. Units and parts will not be left for homeowner disposal. We appreciate your understanding of our policies to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our generation and future generations.
