What many homeowners never realize is that nearly every furnace manufacturer owner's manual and warranty fine print states the homeowner is required to maintain their equipment or the warranty may become void. The small investment in a furnace tune-up will return big rewards. Some manufacturers require proof of routine heating maintenance, so remember to always keep a copy of your receipts for any and all service work performed.

Air Conditioning Sales & Installation: We have dedicated, award-winning central Air Conditioning Installation and Service Departments. That means that the Installation Department only handles installation, and the Service Department only handles service calls. Each employee is put through a rigorous, five-year training program that consists of a combination of 1,000 hours of classroom and hands-on work in the field.

We only staff EPA and/or NATE certified installers. Each installation is fulfilled by a two-person team. Any heating or cooling service request will be answered within 2 hours. And we have a 24-hour service guarantee: if we don't provide service within 24 hours, we'll put you up in a hotel for the night.
