Installations & Replacements
We replace broken or obsolete furnaces, air conditions, walk-in freezers and coolers.  A new high efficiency home central heating system will save you money on your utility bills, add value to your home and increase your comfort level.  We offer a variety of home systems where you have a choice. We also install in new homes, “remodels”, or add-ons.

Repairs
If your heating or air conditioning system is not running properly, or not running at all, you may need professional repair.  Let us come out and diagnose the problem. Professional technicians are available during normal business hours. After hours technicians are available for emergency service, on a limited basis.

Scheduled Maintenance
 Maintenance on a heating and air conditioning system is something that people don’t usually think about. The lack of attention can have a significant effect on utility bills.Regular maintenance may reduce utility bills, chances of system failures (“always at the worst times”) and extend the useful life of your furnace and A/C.Atlanta Airheads offers “maintenance agreements.” We provide scheduled maintenance service on your HVAC system, once or twice per year (per your choice).  

Maintenance entails a 17-item safety, maintenance and performance check on furnaces or a 14-item check on heat pumps and includes filter change. We also alert customers of the need to replace worn or faulty parts where found.Each maintenance agreement includes an optional parts allowance per system ($25.00) so that any parts needed that cost up to the allowance amount, we will provide at no added cost.

We do the same for the cooling system, performing a 25-item check.  We will call you each season to schedule your service, or you may call us at any time.

Heat Pumps and Energy Savings
Help the environment and save significantly on energy bills by installing a Heat Pump.  A Heat Pump replaces conventional air conditioning and can also supply heat in the winter.We install and repair Heat Pumps.  A Heat Pump works just like conventional air conditioning in the summer.  A Heat Pump draws heat from indoors and rejects it to the outdoors in winter; the direction of the flow in a Heat Pump can be reversed.  In winter, the Heat Pump draws heat from the outdoors and brings it into your home.Your primary source of heat will be the Heat Pump.

However when temperatures dip towards freezing, a conventional electric heater will be needed to supplement the Heat Pump.  In summer, the Heat Pump will be able to supply all your cooling needs.BONUS: If you are interested in having a Heat Pump installed, check with your utility company to determine whether a rebate is available.

Zoning for Savings & Comfort
Zoning is individualized room temperature control that utilizes multiple thermostats and can be operated with your present heating/cooling system.  It directs the heating or cooling to only the rooms you chose.With zoning, you save energy while maintaining optimum comfort in whichever part of the indoor space you are using.

Whole House Air Purification
Adding state-of-the-art filters and purifiers to a heating and air system can remove a high percentage (up to 99%) of air borne contaminants in your living or working space. We offer quite a few products and approaches to solving such problems.
