B & S Heating was started in 1984 by Brad Staples. We have continued this company success because of our fast customer base that continues to trust us to work in their homes and the referrals that they provide to their family, neighbors, friends and co-workers. When Brad decided to commence his own company, he specialized in changing and upgrading furnaces, installing air conditioning and gas piping in homes. In 1993 Chris Pegnone joined Brad and he had been in the HVAC Company for 8 years working in the new construction, light commercial and existing homes.

Bill Morgan is our installer and has been with us since 2006. In March of 2013 Chris has taken over the ownership of the organization. After 36 years in the industry Brad can have more time to commit to his sports fishing business. We are a small firm that takes pride in providing individual service to our consumers. We have continued with this company system and are included with a few of the top remodeling contractors in the Portland metro region.

We are capable to accommodate little jobs, including installing a gas line for a cook top and installing duct function, gas piping, zone systems, air filtration systems, fan venting, heat pumps, furnaces and air conditioning in the biggest of homes. We have been using the same distributor since 1984 marketing the Bryant line of heating and cooling goods as a result of their service and dependability.
