Diversified HVAC Services, Inc. offers great commercial and residential HVAC/R (heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and refrigeration) services and standard goods to the better Washington, DC and Baltimore Metro regions, including Maryland and Virginia.

Diversified HVAC Services, Inc. was started on April 1, 1990 with a total staff of two people, C. E. Mullaney III and B. E. Dawes, each having 50% of the organization. Their objective was to become self-employed with adequate money, development, and future protection by the sale of service and installation in every region of the HVAC/R business. Mr. Dawes left the firm in August 1997 while Mr. Mullaney kept the organization running. Mr. Mullaney began in the HVAC company in 1965 in an entry-level position and progressed to senior mechanic, then into guidance, technology, sales, ownership and operations manager of the big firm, and finally into ownership of the organization.

In February 2007, the everyday operations of the organization were taken over by Chuck Mullaney IV together with service administration of field operations being assumed by Andre’ Charron. Chuck IV has been in the HVAC business since 1990 when he began as a helper with Diversified. Andre began his HVAC profession in 1995 after exiting the US Naval service and then attending HVAC trade school. He joined Diversified in October of 1997 after meeting Chuck IV at the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) Apprenticeship system. Together with Chuck III, they hope to continue the success of Diversified HVAC Services, Inc. while applying the principles that have prepared this firm a success from day one.

Residential Services - Unit Maintenance : we provide seasonal maintenance on your home air conditioner, heat pump, furnace, air handler, ductless split system, and/or boiler. Repair Services : we provide general repair services for your existing home heating and air conditioning systems. Air Purifier & Air Filteration Systems: provide healthier and cleaner air throughout your home, and capture microscopic airborne particles such as pollen, mold spores, pet dander and viruses. Ultraviolet Air Filteration Systems: protect your home against bacteria and mold — UV lamps attack and kill mold and bacteria that can grow in moist heating and cooling systems which circulate through your home.

Commercial Services - Service & Repair: for all types, and brands of commercial HVAC/R equipment and systems. Installation of all types of commercial equipment: system design plans, installation and service for all types and brands of these, and many other products: boilers, chillers, rooftop package units, cooling towers, water source heat pumps, circulating/loop/tower pumps, refrigeration, ductless split systems, server rooms, exhaust fans, and control systems. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE: we provide monthly, semi-annually, quarterly, and yearly preventive maintenance contracts for all of the above services (link to Maintenance Contracts)

Roof top packate units: service, repair, replacement, and new installation of all major brands and styles. Cooling towers: we can service and install a wide variety cooling towers to fit your needs. Water source heat pumps: for use in condominiums, hotels, and retirement/assisted living facilities, we can service and install all styles and brands you would need. Pumps: small circulating pumps, large circulating, loop, and tower pumps. Refrigeration: service, replacement, and new installation for small single-units and large multi-room facilities.
