Our preventative maintenance contracts are tailored to ensure that your refrigeration and air conditioning systems are kept running at maximum efficiency. Typically, a maintenance contract is based on two six monthly visits when essential maintenance work would be carried out, key data recorded and your refrigerant log maintained. As with most types of mechanical equipment, if your refrigeration or air conditioning equipment is not maintained regularly it will fail at some point, probably when needed the most. Ignoring maintenance is a false economy as the system efficiency will drop and lead to increased running costs. All of our maintenance contracts are backed by our 24 hour call out service. As part of your maintenance contract, we will maintain your FGAS record sheets ensuring your company remains fully compliant with current regulations.
