Under the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) all air conditioning units with a combined cooling capacity greater than 12KW are required to have a valid Air Conditioning Inspection Report and Certificate. The Inspection must be carried out every 5 years, we work closely with qualified Assessors and can arrange these assessments on your behalf.
