CoolAir offers a value for money 1, 3 or 5 year fixed price maintenance agreement. This means that the cost of your service will remain the same (with no increase) for the duration of your agreement.
Payment for maintenance only becomes due after the work has been completed. Our clients tell us that they appreciate the fact that unlike some companies, CoolAir doesn’t make any charges for maintenance in advance of the work being carried out. In this way, they can rely on the fact that the job gets done properly before they pay.
Once the maintenance has been carried out to your satisfaction, our engineer will write out a job sheet, leaving you with a copy. This will then be followed by an invoice being mailed out to you.
