William Brockman and Sons offers the following repair services to Dayton and the surrounding communities:hvac services.On-site repair.Our service departmant provides quality service for residential and commercial applications, whether you need preventive maintenance or have experienced a mechanical failure.Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. We also offer Saturday service from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Planned Service Agreements are also available, which include scheduled maintenance visits, as well as emergency service with discounted repair rates from our normal charge. Another service we provide is inspections of HVAC products for real estate sales.As with most service companies, we use a standard diagnostic rate ($87.00 for residential applications), with additional repairs quoted at a flat-rate charge. For after hours repairs, we have an automated answering system that our technicians monitor until 11:00 p.m. every evening.
      
Duct Cleaning.Your duct system is mostly hidden from view, but it collects the same things that are in a full vacuum cleaner bag: pollen, mold spores, dust, debris, carpet fibers, skin scale and hair, dust mites and their feces, food crumbs, pet food and cat litter, insect and rodent excrement and remains, pet hair and dander, construction debris.
   
Retail Parts & Supplies.For those do-it yourself customers, we provide a wide range of repair parts and supplies. Our counter staff is comprised of HVAC professionals with many years of experience – not like what you find in the "Big Box" stores. For your convenience, we offer an inventory that includes everything from repair parts, to filters, to installation supplies.
 
Indoor Air Monitoring.With the use of our "Air Advice" monitors, we can generate a report for our customers that will give you the condition of your indoor environment. This third party report will measure levels including particle count, volatile organic compounds (i.e.: odors, chemicals, etc.), carbon monoxide, temperature and humidity.One completed, out trained comfort advisors can show you sevral ways to improve your indoor air quality.
