If you are interested in replacing your furnace, you can call us for a no-obligation in home consultation. Our representative will come to your home and do an analysis of your existing system. We will ask you questions about any concerns you may have regarding the air quality in your home. We will inform you of all the different options that are available to you, and ascertain which items you prefer. We will then give you a written proposal for a complete heating system that will address concerns such as uneven temperatures (warmer or cooler rooms), improper humidity, dust, allergies, breathing disorders, energy savings, etc. The items we propose will be individually priced, providing you with a clear and concise overview of your investment. We will also present the payment options that are available to you.

If you decide to go ahead with the project, we will schedule an installation date that suits you. Our crew will arrive on time. They will introduce themselves and ask which route you would like them to take through your home to bring in their tools and equipment. They will then proceed to cover your floors with drop sheets along the entire route from the door to the furnace room. Our lead man will briefly summarize the scope of work with you to make sure they have the correct information on their work order before the job is started.

This is to insure that everyone is “on the same page”. The crew will proceed with the installation as required. When the job is complete, and we have cleaned up after ourselves, our lead man will go over the entire job with you. He will point out what has been done, and give you operating instructions and maintenance suggestions. He will then complete the necessary paperwork with you, and answer any questions you may have.
