Ventec was established to set higher standards in service to the largely expanding air conditioning and ventilation market. By providing a 24hr call out operation - we offer our customers a personal experience, enabling them to speak directly to a technical engineer on the phone rather than relying on leaving a message with a call centre or receptionist.

This service has enabled Ventec to secure a maintenance contract with the UK's largest independently owned Health and Fitness clubs for the fifth consecutive year. With the Directors being involved first hand, it also means we have a better understanding of our clients needs and how best to deliver them.

Our air conditioning staff are all 'refrigerant safe handling' trained to meet European ruling of referent F gas regulations which came into effect from 2007. Failings to deal with fluorinated gases can result in heavy penalties so we offer complete peace of mind carrying out regular leak checks and ensuring that records are kept up to date (as per the legal requirement).

In this time of financial difficulties Ventec services have still managed to expand largely due to diversifying the services we can provide. We now offer a full range of mechanical services, including servicing and installation of LPHW boilers and water heaters up to 600Kw, Heating pressurisation systems and vessels, LPHW pumps, plate heat exchangers and buffer vessels.

All our engineers are 'gas safe' certified on both commercial and domestic gas installations.

Apart from being approved installers of Toshiba, Panasonic, Daikin and Mitsubishi, Ventec Services Limited are also considered to be a leading installer of VRV / VRF systems including 2 and 3 pipe R410a units. Ventec Services Limited have the facility to produce detailed design drawings utilising AutoCAD, enabling us to forward designs via email. We also undertake our own service and maintenance contracts - giving you full continuity of services, guarantees and warranties.
