It works best with large sources of water. Using the earth as an energy source has its advantages. The temperature provided is more even.

The equipment operates quietly because there is no outdoor unit. Geothermal is very green and environmentally friendly and does not emit any greenhouse gases. Comfortaire minisplits are some of the best in the industry. Mini-splits are the ideal solution for conditioning areas where adding ductwork is impractical or too expensive. Large capacity models are perfect for larger rooms, rooms with high ceilings, studio or loft apartments, offices, and similar spaces. If you have an extremely large area, such as banquet halls, school common areas, etc, multiple units can be used.

Mini-splits are easily installed with the condensing unit located outside and the air handler(s) mounted inside. A hole less than 3" in diameter is all that's required to connect lines and wires between the outdoor and indoor components. Units are also environmentally friendly and come pre-charged with  R-410A.
