Comfort Solutions Heating and Cooling, Inc started because Brian Adams saw that there were not enough heating and cooling companies that were focusing on high customer service and exceptional service work. Brian had been working in the HVAC industry for 10 years when he decided he needed to make a change. Not being happy where he was at, and wanting to give people a better option for their heating and cooling needs, he took a chance and started Comfort Solutions in 2001.

Wanting to stand out from what every other heating and cooling company was doing, he created Comfort Solution to be a place where people would enjoy working, and sharing the same vision of delivering the highest level of customer service to the greater Portland Metro area. To achieve this, Comfort Solutions encourages our staff to use their skills and experience to deliver the best solutions for our clients. From furnaces, and air conditioners, to ductless heat pumps, we have experience with all types, and ages of homes. Most installs can be completed within 1-2 days. Most jobs will require a measure which is done with our Install Supervisor. His job is to ensure we will have everything ready for your job. He will take pictures, measurements and answer any questions you may have before we install. All paperwork for warranties, tax credits and rebates are filled out by the Install Department. As a convenience, once your job is finished we will schedule your final mechanical inspection.
