Dayton Mechanical Services was included in April of 1978 as a carefully held corporation. In April of 2000 we have started the task to become an employee owned organization. Dayton Mechanical started company, as a full line mechanical contractor, active in heating, cooling, piping, plumbing, and electric function. D.M.S. serviced commercial and commercial accounts.

In 1978 we were asked to offer work and equipment for the rebuild of 3 Wheelabrator machines. Under the guidance and way of Wheelabrator personnel we received four months of training. We have gone on to, perform turn key installations, guarantee repairs, and equipment modernization for nearly all of the main players in this company.

D.M.S. is constantly included in this sort of service and has the equipment to receive us to the job and work. D.M.S., we believe is distinctive in our pricing practice. We learn creation is all significant and that in most instances weekends, holiday, and off hours is a bit more advantageous for the customer. We have consequently established one work rate for twenty 4 hours a day, 7 days a week.
