The John P. Timmerman Company was incorporated in 1960 by John P. Timmerman.Timmerman was a successor to the Peerless Coal Company, which was founded in 1919 by John’s dad, J. Paul Timmerman. The main company of the John P. Timmerman Company, as incorporated, was HVAC. The coal business was discontinued in 1972.

The organization has been employee owned and operated since September of 2001. Services have been expanded beyond the original HVAC and today include plumbing and electric. Products and Services moreover today include duct cleaning and sanitation, repair contracts, 24 hour EMERGENCY service, excellent efficiency air filtration, ultraviolet germicidal lights, humidification, and entire home generators.
